The Genetic Code by Sidechain and Join Type

Each of the sixty-four codons should be tested to determine which one of the six possible joins it produces–alpha helical, epsilon helical, 4-helical, beta90, beta180, 32-chain. Anyone interested in planning or performing the tests should contact–

If it can be shown which type of join a codon produces, the shape of of any peptide will be fully determined; its graphical image can be displayed in its entirely or partly in any orientation with or without sidechains on a computer screen.
